The Ultimate aero is not made by ford. Shelby Super cars is no relation to Carol Shelby’s Shelby auto. Totally different company. It was on an episode of “Supercars”. Koenig is more ford than the Aero.

The CCX is brutally fast, but quite lacking in the sound dept for a car of that caliber….
The top speed only obsession is a bit silly, I’d be more impressed at which cars turns a better lap at Spa or the N-ring for example, that tells you more about the overall excellence of the car. Anyone can build a lightweight sled with a big forced induction motor for straightline stuff…….

It’s said on the france wikipedia page of the koenigsegg “Elle a été officiellement chronométrée à 418 km/h[1].” and also on the ssc page: “Elle a depuis été détrônée par la Koenigsegg CCXR qui a atteint, la même année, 418.11 km/h[2].” well I think you are right but I thought wikipedia didn’t allow wrong informations
