Actually, Austrian economics is known for being very common sense oriented and is easy to understand. That’s why it gets ridiculed by economists. Yet, the Austrians have been proven right time and time again, especially lately.

I learned how awesome our society is by studying other societies, in particular medieval European society. Our society is quite wealthy and enlightened in comparison.

Since 1980 we have seen capitalism deregulated. Wealthy individuals getting tax cuts. Wealthy individuals being able to hide money overseas. People like Bernie Madoff getting away with schemes while the SEC enjoys their honeymoon. Rex Tillerson is the new Rockefeller, the new robber baron. The SEC needs to be stronger, not weaker. Freedom creates greed.
